Nick goes beyond the call of duty to get his clients the information they need and results they deserve. He works hard, is outgoing, informed, prepared, and brings an experienced perspective to every home buying and selling transaction. Licensed for 15 years in Maryland, Nick joined Coldwell Banker in 2007 as a sales associate. He is a Certified Relocation Specialist, plus works as a USAA Rewards Agent, and a Navy Federal Credit Union Affinity Agent. In 2017 Nick completed both his Accredited Buyer Agency designation (ABR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor certification (PSA). Additionally, Nick is a Principles and Practices Instructor with Coldwell Banker’s School of Education. Though he has always enjoyed success, 2017 was a record year, where he facilitated 40 sales transactions for over $10.2 million dollars as a single agent. Nick is also a winner of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society Award, placing him in the top 10% of the brokerage’s agents worldwide.

Originally from Baltimore, MD, Nick holds a BA in History from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. Prior to real estate, he was a production manager for Beazer Homes, Lennar Family of builders. Working in new home construction honed his eye for quality, taught him the home building process and effective collaboration with trade partners, and developed his skills in customer service. His previous role as a sales rep for both Lanier Office Systems and Allegiance Telecom seasoned the consultative sales approach he employs with every client.


A resident of Hampden in Baltimore City, Nick works with many buyers and sellers in that area; but he also sells homes in the city’s Inner Harbor neighborhoods and up the I-83 corridor into Baltimore County. He lives with his wife, Debbie; his two young sons, Bear and Ben; their Labrador Retriever, Coco; and their cat, Milo. A Division I wrestler in college and Division I men’s rugby player after graduation, Nick now competes in a weekly Hampden Bocce Ball league on a four-time title-winning team. He enjoys donating time to the Hampden Family Center, has served on the Development Committee at Saint Agnes Hospital, and is on the Membership Committee at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.
